Exhibiting, visiting and press enquiries for EVS Ethiopia
EVS Ethiopia is organised by MIE Events, part of MIE Groups. Two people handle most enquiries: the project manager for international exhibitors, and the EV portfolio manager who covers all seven editions and can tell you how Ethiopia compares with the others.
Exhibitors usually want the floorplan, the stand rates and the build-up schedule; visitors usually want the dates, the venue and the registration link. Both are on this site, and anything else comes back faster by e-mail than by phone.
If you already have a booking, quote the reference on the confirmation e-mail — a contracted stand, an invoice or a badge that has not arrived is traced from that reference.
Press accreditation is handled by the same team: send your outlet, the days you plan to attend and what you want to photograph, and we will confirm by e-mail. For anything about the wider portfolio — exhibiting in more than one market, or a regional partnership that spans several editions — say so in the first line and the enquiry is routed to the portfolio team rather than to one country.
