EV & Mobility Show Portfolio

Why exhibit at EVS Canada

Who you meet, and what a stand delivers

Who is on the other side of the stand

EVS Canada is sold into one market, so the exhibitor meets the people who actually buy there: importers and distributors, fleet operators, dealers, the parts and service businesses behind them, and the public bodies that set the rules.

Because the portfolio runs the same product groups in every city, a supplier can exhibit the same catalogue across the seven editions and meet a different set of buyers in each — without re-designing the stand or re-learning the show.

What a stand includes

A position on the floorplan

Space is allocated against the venue layout; the team confirms availability and rates.

A profile in the directory

Your company is listed in the exhibitor directory when it opens, and stays there.

Buyers invited for you

Buyer invitations and the visitor campaign are run centrally by the organiser.

Freight and customs guidance

The exhibitor manual lists forwarders experienced in temporary importation.

Exhibiting questions

Is sponsorship available?

Yes — the conference, registration area and VIP lounge can be sponsored. Ask for the partnership pack.

Who organises the show?

MIE Events, part of MIE Groups.

Can I exhibit in more than one edition?

Yes, and most of our regional exhibitors do. The portfolio team coordinates space across the seven editions.
